You can't be sure you'll win your case. This happens to people everyday. It happened to me, it has happened to countless others. I wish you great luck with the lawsuit but you have to prove mental and/or physical harm and a lawyer might not see enough of a payout with it. In other words, don't count your chickens before they're hatched. Right now the concern is just to find a place that has a bed before your pills run out.
