Thoughts of things I would never do, offensive words I can't repeat here (think offensive names for groups of people, whose rights I support), doing things that are socially unacceptable.

It's like the irrational part of my brain is declaring war on the rational one that keeps me from behaving in bizarre and socially unacceptable ways.

It's exhausting.
