Was on meds when I was not stable, but I've been stable for about a year and a half now and have been off meds for that amount of time with my pdoc's blessings. I am not against going back on meds again if instability set in that I was not able to handle using my healthy coping skills, but I have confidence at this point that won't happen any time in the near future. Doing really well for quite some time now.
