I think you need to get your records ASAP. That may help, because it should document the treatment resistance and the reason for putting you on so much benzo. I think you should call the office and talk to the assistant or whatever. Once you request records, they have a limited amount of time to provide them. You may also want to call the governing board to report her lack of cooperation with your transition. I don't know for sure, but they may be able to light a fire under her so she'll get with the program.
