You may also want to call the governing board to report her lack of cooperation with your transition. I don't know for sure, but they may be able to light a fire under her so she'll get with the program.

I've asked her many times on how do I get a copy of my records but she never answered. Our main communication has always been email so I have email proof of everything she's said and everything I've asked her. Her assistant never answer the phone. I often found it weird when she had McDonald bags all on her desk with her young daughter behind her, coloring and stuff. She is probably 7 or 8. The only response I've gotten since my doctor told me she was moving 2 months ago was her office assistant telling me she sent in my refill request for zofran but that I needed to get another doctor immediately because my doctor wasn't going to be refilling anything else.
