I'm sorry you are having a rough time Zen. Are you in therapy or taking any meds for your anxiety/OCD? If so, when was the last time you had them checked or changed for effectiveness? Can you call your pdoc and let them know you are having a difficult time?
How about doing some relaxation techniques? Deep, slow belly breathing can help. Writing down your fears and then trying to think of the most logical explanation of what will really happen to reinforce that it's probably not as bad as you are imagining it to be.
Talking to someone, a friend on the phone, writing here, family.....keeping yourself busy so that the thoughts don't invade you as much.
How about some excercise? Take a long, brisk walk...burn off some of that anxious energy in a healthy way.
