Today I had to run errands so I had to leave home for a while.

I did call pdocs office like I was asked to and said the nightmares are home and not as much panic hdppening but I'm really irritable. It was awkward but they told me to call bk last week. I guess maybe they'll call back later, i don't know.

Bah. I'd like to just sleep time away hidden in my room. I'm having having intrusive self harm thoughts.

I'm tired of dealing with this kind of crap
