On meds. And never going off them if I have any say in it. My episodes (in particular the mixed episodes and psychosis) were so horrific and terrifying that I am not risking going through any thing like that again. Any thing I can do to prevent it, I will do. No major episodes in 4 1/2 years and counting. I'm very thankful for my pdoc and my meds. Even though there's a lot of them, I don't care. My mental health comes first.
