The thing about cigs is that there is the nicotine withdrawal which is supposed to last less than a week. That's when your body should be clear of it.

That habit can be tougher for many to quit. The pills helped with horrible withdrawal symptoms i was getting when trying without it. The habit was something i had to deal with on m y own.

I would get on the phone and instantly think i need a cig.
Wasn't a real craving but more of a thing i was so used to.

It was odd for a while.

Good for your mom for trying.

I kept trying and trying and refused to quit trying to quit.
