Indeed I am a survivor of sexual abuse and this very subject is was sent me back to T. I wish I had a magic waund to make these desires go away, I'm a male with mostly female alters this can be very challenging. I'm not sure what to say. I know for me I go to a trance like state and nothing else matters. Just satisfy the need, they will quiet so so bad feel so bad so bad not to good this not good no no stop it
