My T always responds. Except one time and it was a huge family emergency that happened to coincide with my meltdown. I was terrified to go to session thinking I had done something wrong or that she was 'done with me'. I went anyway and learned what happened and it was stabilizing for me. Go. It will be okay. Things do happen.
