I've had this since I was in elementary school looking back after my diagnosis. At sixteen there was a situation that triggered it big time, like it slapped me right in the face. I was then diagnosed. It completely consumed my life. Things got better after I did CBT at the age of twenty-one. It's always been there and always will be.
