Try brisk walking in the morning. Eat long before you go to sleep and eat light. Try to bring in some changes in your attitude like being non-judgemental, choosing happiness and adding a dash of humor to your life. These would probably do a whole lot of good to you because your problem doesn't seem to be grave as of now. Cheers!
