I would consider speaking to your doctor about maybe choosing a different medication in place of the Orfiril, something that is maybe safer considering your health concerns.

I understand it's not always so simple, I've had doctors insist that a medication was right for me even though they were mixing it with other medications they shouldn't have. It resulted in worse hallucinations than I'd been having before. Unfortunately it took a full psychotic break for the doctor to accept that those meds shouldn't have been used together. Hopefully your doc will be more receptive to your input, and maybe prevent complications involving your liver.
