I hear you..pun intended lol
I am sensitive to noise, last week as I was talking with my neighbour over the fence I looked up as I heard 'whooshing' sounds I pointed out to her the skydivers...she couldn't believe that I heard the parachutes open. Unnecessary noise really bothers me I find that I m overloaded by it and some noises are painful to my ears. I have purchased ear plugs to help with something's that are unavoidable. Have you thought about noise cancelling headphones?
