Those really don't strike me as delusions. The people talking about you and the drink thing would fall (if anywhere) more under paranoia, wouldn't they? Is it thinking they are talking about you from time to time or everyone all the time? Because the first, everyone does. The other would be extreme and problematic.

Consider also that what one might call paranoid, another might call cautious good sense. The drink thing is reasonable, imo. Especially in certain situations.

Thoughts of having sex and having attraction... How would this be a delusion?? What strange belief is there? Nothing pathological about simply using your imagination.

Now... if you were convinced that someone was desperately in love with you despite all evidence... THAT could be delusional, because it'd be a strongly held belief contrary to reality.

Are these things causing significant negative impact on your functioning? If not, I wouldn't worry about them.
