Wait, which of my symptoms are red flags?
I have a hard time gauging whether something is severe for me or not. I think it might be because alexithymia, or that I'm used to it. I'm so used to not getting a good night's sleep. When I was a kid I would constantly wake up. If I went to bed late, I would still wake up early in the morning just to be able to go to school.
I'm pretty sure most of my family members have problems with sleeping, and some of them are mentally ill.
