A guy that I like invited me to a pool party on Saturday. I declined because of girl reasons... I'm kicking myself now and afraid that he won't talk to me or want to hang out again because I declined. Makes me seem like I'm making excuses. I really like him but don't want to have to explain myself about why I can't go especially because we just started talking/hanging out.

Any advice? Is it too late to turn this around?
