Hi highfunctioning. I agree with the others that maybe you should talk to your T directly about your lack of progress and try to come up with a plan. If they are unsupportive, perhaps it is time for a switch.
As I mentioned in your other thread, perhaps a different type of therapy such as mindfulness, DBT or ACT might be an option.
