Hello. I am also going to grade 11 and when I had a MDD episode, I didn't want to get out of bed at all and I have never gotten enough sleep. I usually get 6-7 hours of sleep, but I am trying to change that. I'm sorry you deal with this everyday.

I have read by getting up immediately. You don't want to lay in bed for 30 minutes or so, you need to get up as soon as you are up. Try having a shower in the morning also. A cold shower is probably better. Also, try to eat food that has high energy in it like fruit, yogurt.
