For whatever reason my delusions never involve other people, and even when I'm paranoid they usually don't (with exceptions, like thinking random strangers are going to hurt my daughter and I when we're out in public, which I don't have a problem with anymore).
When I'm delusional, my husband told me it's like I'm in my own little world.
