I'm stumped tonight.

Some of you may remember I posted about our wren having three batches of babies this year, when she usually only has two.

There were about four baby wrens in the nest yesterday, and while they have grown a lot since they first arrived, they didn't look like fledgling size to me. This morning they were all gone.

Has anyone had a similar experience, or other experiences bird watching they would like to share?
