I totally get it, I feel the same way. I read this quote though and I'm trying to internalize it:
"You have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn't worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens." -Louise L Hay
I really like this. Not that it's easy, but I like the total shift in thinking!
