I had a former T I emailed daily. But that was because I had so much going on (I was very ill. On average 11 hospital visits, physical therapies, alternative medicine appointments a week, and I was also attending high school when I had the time) that it was impossible to inform her of all that during session and still have time to do work. So I'd email her what had happened that day, what had bothered me, and sometimes just my thoughts.
That T was amazing. Regrettably she went to work for another agency.
