It's been denied. Someone is filing the appeal for me. There is a lawyer who does 30% ss disability, 35% personal injury and 35% workers comp. She passed the bar in 2008. The non attorney advocate says she is a retired technical expert for the ssa with over 32 yrs experience. Thanks for any advice you can give me.
