I was getting ready to make dinner last night, when I saw out my kitchen window the girl across the street dragging a carpet I'd seen in front of her house in the street earlier. She was dragging it into her driveway, past the SUV there on the passenger side, closing the passenger door as she came to it. Then she walked in front of and around the car with the carpet, to the driver's side, where a woman was sitting in the car. I figure that's her mother. Anyway, I didn't look every moment as this was happening, but most of it. The woman in the car is obviously talking to the girl (I couldn't hear from inside our house, of course, and I wasn't trying to be nosy; I just thought it odd that the girl dragged the carpet around the car like that), and she points in the direction of her house. She could have pointed at our house during this; as I said, I looked away during a couple of moments as I made my dinner. Then the girl was moving again, and she dragged the carpet to the end of her driveway...across the street...and in front of our yard, right by our driveway. Then she dropped it and walked back to her house. I was like, WTF????? I wanted to go out there and confront her, but I couldn't have gotten out there fast enough to speak to her, because she was quickly back across the street, and I couldn't go on her property. So I let it go, but I'm letting my bf know about it. That really pissed me off.
My mom's neighbor is a B, too. She makes fun of my mom's weight, and told her all she does is sleep all day. (That might or might not be true, but it's none of her business.) She also told my mom that she peeked in her window and saw her lying on the couch "like a big ol' mountain." My mom's been keeping her shades down, but as I told my mom, she has no right to look in her windows like that! It's illegal! This stupid B has said some stuff about me, too, and her little dog--cute as pie, but a vicious little thing--has lunged at my bf when we visited. She warned my mom that he better stay away from the dog. My bf doesn't go near the dog, the dog comes at him! Anyway, we went to my mom's back door to pick her up last time, so the B wouldn't have to worry about her dog (I blame her for her dog's behavior, not her), and the idiot comes out her back door, with the dog on leash, barking at my bf, trying to get at him! It's like she wants trouble!
