I generally do take my meds; I just haven't been lately. It wouldn't be terribly difficult to get back into a routine and that is what I expected him to focus on and what I intended to do. He said the reason he wants the Lamictal as a "staple" is because it is the best mood stabilizer and it will keep me the most balanced. He said we can add and remove others as needed.
