Thank you both! We always have Sundays as our "family day" where I make sure we get out of the house and do something together.

My husband does participate in the family therapy session, but that's it, since it's on one of his days off.

His therapists recommend intensive therapy for him, so I guess this is considered that. 4 hours a therapy a week for just him.

It's a tough battle, and I have been overwhelmed with everything lately plus starting home school with him. I have only gotten a break when I went to group this week. So I really don't want to give up my time, but I'm so exhausted.
