The advocate said about 60% success rate. I'm thinking it seems wiser to go with a lawyer. The advocate is filing the appeal so I feel guilty not going with her plus all of her experience. The lawyer said she would be at the hearing or they sometimes do a remote hearing from the office! Which is awesome because of social anxiety. But she will charge extra for travel and med records retrieval. The advocate didn't really tell me much about herself except the charge for winning the appeal. Thanks so much for replying.
