I do short stories and poetry so it's different but I know the dilemma. Also, I don't have money as a motivator since they barely pay me at all!

Using something to block wifi helps me focus. Otherwise... Just getting started. Wish there was more to it than that...

Setting timers or having an accountability partner can also help.
