Tailor your expectations to get into a school that will prepare you for the career you are thinking about now. If Spanish will be part of that talk to people in your career field and ask them for advice.

Going ivy league is only useful if you need those kind of connections to succeed. Get an education but don't overpay for it. ivy league schools can be very elite and exclusive and can base entry on how they hope people will endow the school later IMO.
