but yea. its not the battery that gets hot. its the wick. because its made of cotton. the cotton soaks up liquid in every ecig out there and battery heats it up. the cotton is the wick. im afraid of the wick catching fire.
The wick can't catch fire unless the tank is completely empty. Even then it won't burst into flames, it will just get a little dry and maybe scorched. Cotton isn't used for all wicks. My current wicks are silica I think (GS Air tank). They can taste off if you let the tank get too empty/dry.
