I'm back with the report. First, 'view Mood Tracker' took me to View Quizzes, so I don't know what's going on with that.

Then Perna's suggestion. I think I can use that. What I really wanted to do was to copy someone's beautiful signature quotes, I just wanted to keep things in one place.

Hmm,,this is really great, the preview of the msg is showing my one liner quote. Maybe I can reply to it and add more quotes or other personal notes to it. So it'll be tidier.
