I'm sorry that you are having a hard time. Do you think that you will have a routine at work again soon? Routines help a lot. What could you you do about getting routines established at the new store? In any case, make sure that you get some time for yourself, away from other people and distractions, where you can slide out into the empty places of the universe, and find the respite that you need.
