I have a face and body language that tells people when I am hurting or angry. I used to go around smiling because my normal expressions often leads people to think I am not a nice person. I send you a hug and to say I would like to be your friend. Keep talking, there are a lot of really nice people on this site. When I am more at peace, I find ways to reach out to people. I also try to join groups that are going through the same things I am. It also helps me to find something interesting to do. And when all else fails, I eat chips on the couch and tell myself that it is okay.
