You ask if acceptance will improve your life....My answer to you is YES, undeniable it can improve your life.

When you accept yourself for who you are, others in your world that you already know or those who you will meet will accept you more readily too.

Acceptance doesn't mean that you stop striving to better yourself, it means you can be comfortable with who you are now and know you can work towards bettering whatever you feel needs to be worked on. It will give you a renewed sense of self, a sense of worth and a sense of hope for the future.

I accept you for who you are, no questions, no expectations of who I think you should be. For it would not matter what I think who you should be, what matters is what YOU think.

I have struggled most of my life with low self esteem and little to no acceptance of who I was as a person. I've managed to turn all that around to a point where I do accept myself, warts and all. I'm still a work in progress and have much to learn and strive for, but I now have an inner peace that I never knew before.

You are worth every ounce of energy you put into yourself. I hope one day soon you will understand and know that you are a very special person with much to offer.
