I used to have to sleep during the day. On top of the 8-9 hours at night I needed another 1-2 hours during the middle of the day. Its just another sign that there is changes going on in the brain itself. I can't see how someone can just decide to be this way or be that way from a lack of decisions. There is clearly something different going on in the brains of people with mental illnesses like depression.
