Everywhere I've been gives you privacy in the bathroom, UNLESS you are such a danger to yourself that you require a one to one aid. Then that person goes in the bathroom with you. But it's unlikely that you would require a one to one.
I've been hospitalized a lot and the majority of them were nice stays that really helped.
