I was enrolled at a university this semester, but had to drop out because I've been in the hospital so many times recently.

However, my therapist and I discussed seeking accommodations for when I return in the Spring semester. She said she has other patients going to college who have received many accommodations for mental illness. We discussed me having extensions on assignments, excused absences in case I'm hospitalized, somewhere to take an exam separately, permission to leave class when I'm having delusions or anxiety...just to breathe for a few minutes. There were some others. Apparently all of those accommodations are highly possible to receive.
