Well, I needn't have worried - she hasn't had a chance to read it yet. Felt a sense of relief when I found that out, even though I do want her to read it. Looks like next week I can start worrying again lol.

We spoke mostly about my difficult relationship with my mum and we spoke about my MH stability. I went in thinking I don't know what to talk about, so I was pretty blank when I got there - I guess I figured we would talk about the document.

So all in all a fairly uneventful session. Next session will be more deep, I imagine.
