Sounds like you've had enough "time off" Get back in the game. Many colleges have job placement assistance, check with yours. Treat finding a job like a job, put significant time into it. Introspection is great for a while, and there's something to be said for burnout recovery. There's also a lot to be said for feeling like a productive member of society.
I think physical health and mental health go hand in hand. If you're not working out and eating well, I'd encourage you to focus on instilling those habits during this time. Also, identify someone you admire and emulate them; model your behaviors on someone what has achieved what you want. Feed your mind, read good stuff.
