Ouch, that sounds irritating. :/

The closest thing to that for me is that it doesn't take much background noise for me to get completely overwhelmed. Also, if someone is talking or a TV is on or something, whatever limited ability I might have to concentrate tends to go out the window. If I am in the same room with a TV (which is something I avoid as much as possible, but sometimes I have no choice because I have to assist someone who constantly has television on), I have trouble not looking at the TV even when I'm doing something else AND don't care at all about whatever program is on, and my concentration gets completely shot. Could either of those also be a sensory processing thing?
