I had no idea you replied to me haha. I'm new and have no idea how to work anything here. Didn't even know this got posted because all the posts I've made today have to be viewed by a moderator :P. I don't think it's an actual disorder, but I do think it should be. Lots of people suffer from neurotic perfectionism and it's their main problem, but they don't meet all the common criteria for OCD so they have trouble figuring out what their problem really is. Maybe if it was recognized as more of a separate problem instead of just a symptom more people would be able to identify with it?
