I don't have any advice either because I have never suffered full-blown mania.

Just anted to say 'hi' and 'congratulations on the baby' and I am glad you are doing everything in your power to take care of him and you.

I would just say be sure to let someone know where you are at in case you need more assistance than you can manage on your own.....
