I don't know what forum to put this in. Didn't seem right for the eating disorders forum. I even considered the SI forum, because it seems to be a way of hurting myself sometimes. Anyway...
Ok so all my life I have heard about comfort food, and it's not something I ever really got into. The past year, I've been really big on eating chocolate ice cream when I'm in crisis-- and I've found it actually does help! I slow down and calm down, and I feel better. But it's a terrible habit. I'm already overweight!
Still, I honestly feel better after I eat some chocolate ice cream.
Anybody else do the same thing?
