EPA Omega 3 1000 - 1800 mg/day is wonderful for depression. I tried it & it worked well.
Thres in the DHA Omega 3 & my mind even started working again like it hadn't in years.
Other vitamins are important because when there is an imbalance, it creates an imbalance in the brain chemistry also & that's when you get the mental illnesses though there are other reasons also.....this is one of the many reasons for it though.
