I have been deeply effected by some hard words and pretty crazy actions on the part of my family. It is hard to sort through so many events and painful ramifications. Things really came at me too fast and too often. I am trying to get unstuck from the pain. There is anger, hurt, helplessness, striving, trying, and mounds of frustration. All sitting inside of me.
