There are some tools I use to get 'unstuck' from pain. Always, I try my best to accept where I am and not fight it. When I fight it, it just gets worse. Ugh. I may just sit with it for a while but if it persists, I talk it out with someone I trust. Sometimes I get relief plus some insights by doing that.
Know that 'this, too, shall pass'. It always does and it helps me to remember that.
