It sounds like it, especially the part about never forgiving people. (Psychopaths, for example, will forgive people whenever it suits their needs. A narcissist can't.) If it helps, think about how insecure she must be deep down. If she she had any true self-esteem, she could deal with other people not doing everything her way.
