My lovely track record from present back 2 mo's -
8/27 - TOM
8/25, really bad fight, threw glass
8/ 22, fight, left 2x in my car
8/15, freaked out, kicking, throwing things, breaking things, bruising myself, slapping self, violent, BF had to call T.
8/14, V upset w/ BF for being insensitive at night
8/12, bad crash in the am, rage attack
~~On 7/29 upped Lamictal to 200mg..
7/27 - TOM
7/21 & 22... terrible night and morning. BF wanted to call hosp on me in am..
7/6 complaining of feeling racing thoughts/out of sorts at work - no fighting, too much caffeine?,
7/1 Bad morning
6/27 - TOM
6/18- almost escalated BAD but caught it and went to bed,
~~6/10 started Lamictal 25mg
6/9 was when I was EVAL and Dx BP2.
(much more stuff prior, didn't track that well...)
